The After Look

I just posted a bunch of befores and afters of the house and the work we've done on facebook but thought I would share a couple shots here as well.
The kitchen got new paint, countertops, rug, chalkboard, shades, and barstools.

It's been really fun to work on the house to get it where we wanted it to be before the baby takes over our time, thoughts, and energy. Next up is the basement which is just at the framing stage. Ryan is most excited about this as his home theater will be down there. I have promised that it is his room and he can make all the decorating decisions down there. I may not be able to keep my opinion to myself but if the walls must be purple...so be it. Now that the main living space is completed I look forward to enjoying it!
